Are you a dedicated Licensed Optician passionate about eye health and looking to grow in an innovative company that puts the customer first?

In the role of Licensed Optician, you understand the importance of listening and understanding all of the customer's needs to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service in eye health. The main task in your role as a Licensed Optician is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level. At Synsam, the Licensed Optician is at the center and a key factor in our success. You work in a team alongside our Store Manager, Style and Customer Advisors, and inspire our customers to make satisfied purchases.

We are looking for you

• Who values personal customer interaction to create long-term customer relationships.
• Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a strong quality awareness.
• Has the ability to explain things to the customer in an educational manner so that they understand.
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and works on problems until they are solved.
• Has an optician license with or without a DO/master's degree.
